Cleaning tar from fenders
Jerry Cloes asked:
Which product do you recommend for cleaning ground in tar off Vinyl fenders? I ran across your name in a chat room but I didn’t see which of your products was used for this problem
Answer:
For your convenience, I’ve highlighted the hyperlinks. Click on the hyperlink to get more information about the selected product.
If the soil and stain is on the surface, you can get it off with Speed Clean. If the stain has been on for a while and has penetrated it will be indelible and nothing will get it out without also damaging the vinyl fender.
After you get your fenders clean, protect them with Poly Guard. That way future soiling will be on the Poly Guard, which you can strip off with Speed Clean and it will protect your fenders.
Thanks for your question,
