The product most recommended by companies like Bennington is Aurora Black Streak Remover. Pour a little on to a damp Marine Power Mitt or sponge and just wipe away the black streaks.

To protect the fences and rails and reduce future black streaks apply 2 coats of Premium Boat Shine with VS721 polymer.
