Hi Richard,

VS721^® cannot be applied over anti-fouling paint. You need to remove the antifouling paint down to bare fiberglass or the barrier coat for it to work. This can be done by wet sanding or soda blasting.

Coverage is 400 sq. ft. per bottle; one coat. You need two coats so a little over 2 bottles. (3 bottles).
