How to Place
an Order
1.
Select Your Products
On the left side of the store
home page is a PRODUCT SELECTOR
navigation list. Our products
have been grouped into categories
for your shopping convenience.
Or you can scroll down the
ALL PRODUCTS list to select
the products you want. Each
product in the store has a
brief description. When you
click on the [Buy Now]
button you will see an expanded
description or click on more
information for a complete
description of the product
including before and after
pictures, slide shows, testimonials
and other information to help
you make a buying decision.
Scroll down the list of products and click on the [Buy Now] button for the product
that you want. It will take you to a product description page where you will be able to specify the quantity
that you want. Click on the [Add to Cart] button and that will take you to your shopping
cart where you will be able to verify that your order is correct and allow you to make any corrections.
Click on the [Continue Shopping] button, which will take you back to the store so you
can select the other products that you want and add them to your Shopping Cart. You can click on the [View
Cart] button at any time to check the contents of your Shopping Cart.
2. Check Out
When you have all the products that you want, go to your Shopping Cart, verify that everything is correct.
If you are taking advantage of an item that is on Special, click the [Enter Coupon Code]
button. It will take you to the "Redeem Your Discount Coupon" page where you can enter the Coupon
Code. You can either copy and paste the code from the promotional flyer or enter it manually. Click [Discount]
and it will take you back to the Shopping Cart and apply the discount amount. If you do not have a discount
coupon for the products that you are ordering, click [Next] to return to your Shopping
Cart.
NOTE: Shipping will be calculated after you Check Out.
If your order is less than $100.00 you will be charged a Flat Rate of $7.95 for your order.
If your order is over $100.00 shipping is FREE.
Now click the [Check Out] button. You will go to the Billing and Shipping Information
page
Billing and Shipping Information
Here you can fill out your name, shipping address and other information so that we can ship your order
to you. After completing your order, you will be notified by email that your order has been confirmed.
If you have an account already, you can enter your User Name and Password in the box to the left and all
the information will be filled in for you automatically. (The default User Name is your email address
and the default Password is the last four digits of your phone number) NOTE: select the "Same as
billing address" box in Part Two if your shipping and billing address is the same, otherwise fill
in the address that you would like your order shipped to. NOTE: All information that you provide to us
is kept confidentially and will not be shown or shared with anyone else. Click [Next]
at the bottom of the page.
Confirmation
You will now go to an order confirmation page. Please check that your Personal Information is correct.
If not You can click on Edit to make the necessary changes.
If you want to make any changes to your order, you can click on the [Remove] button
below each product to remove it from your cart or change the quantity. Click the [Update Cart]
button to confirm these changes. If you want to add additional items, click the [Continue Shopping]
button to go back to the store where you will be able to select the additional products you want.
Boat Bucks Redemption
If you want to redeem your Boat Bucks, click on the [Redeem Boat Bucks] button. It will
take you to your My Account page, where you can see how many Boat Bucks you have accumulated and select
how much you want to apply to your order. Note you will have to login for this feature, if you have not
already done so. Check [Next] and you will be returned to your Shopping Cart Confirmation
page, where you will be able to confirm your order and discounts. Click [Check Out] and you will be taken
to the Payment Method page.
3. Pay for Your Order
Select the down arrow beside the scroll box to chose your Method of Payment. You will be given the choice
of paying by Credit Card through our third party encrypted payment gateway, through PayPal or by Visa
or MasterCard using your telephone. NOTE: All methods are secure.
Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, American
Express
When you select one of these methods, you will be taken to the CREDIT CARD PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
page where you can confirm the amount of your order and see your order number. NOTE: DO NOT use your "Back"
or "Refresh" Button. Doing so will duplicate your order! Click on the [Finalize Order For $XX.XX]
button. You will go to the 2CO Secure processing page where you can enter your credit card number and
3 or 4 digit code after the card number on the back of your card. You will also have to re-enter some
additional information such as your postal code, state etc. This is done to prevent fraudulent transactions
and for your protection. When you are through, click the [Complete Order Now] button and you are done.
Within a few minutes, you will be receiving separate email confirmations of your order and payment.
PayPal
When you select this method, you will be taken to the PAYPAL PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS page where you can confirm
the amount of your order and see your order number. NOTE: DO NOT use your "Back" or "Refresh"
Button. Doing so will duplicate your order! Click on the [PayPal] button. You will go to the PayPal Secure
Checkout page where you can verify the amount of your order and login. If you do not have a PayPal account,
you can set one up from here. Click the continue button and that will take your to the PayPal processing
page where you can enter your credit card Information. When you are through, click the [Complete Order
Now] button and you are done. Within a few minutes, you will be receiving separate email confirmations
of your order and payment.
Telephone
When you select this method, you will be taken to the TELEPHONE PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS page where
you can confirm the amount of your order and see your order number. NOTE: DO NOT use your "Back"
or "Refresh" Button. Doing so will duplicate your order! Record the telephone number for the
Credit Card Payment Department and your order number. Click on the [Finalize Your Order] button. Telephone
the toll free number and give the representative your order number and credit card number and expiry date.
This will complete your transaction.
NOTE: You will receive confirmation of your order, even if you don't complete your payment transaction.
If this happens, or if you are having difficulties getting your credit card transaction confirmed, telephone
Customer Service, toll free at 1-866-214-3444 and you can provide your Visa or MasterCard information
by telephone. Your order will be held for 5 days and then it will automatically be cancelled. We will
not ship your order until we receive confirmation of your payment from 2CO. If your order is duplicated
but only one has been paid for, the paid order will be shipped and the unpaid order will be automatically
cancelled.
Congratulations, You're Done!
As soon as your order is shipped you will receive notice by email that your order is on its way.

Secure Credit Card Purchasing
You can feel secure when you use your credit card to pay on-line. We use third party credit card processors,
either 2CheckOut or PayPal and all of your information is sent encrypted. We do not receive or see your
credit card information. All transactions are between you, the processing gateway and your bank.
If you prefer, you can also call toll free at 1-866-214-3444 and give us your Visa or MasterCard
information by telephone. Once your order is processed, we delete your credit card information for your
security and peace of mind.
