It's very easy to use. With the boat out of the water, spray Aurora Algex directly onto the fouled surface. Wait 15 minutes and rinse clean. In severe cases, it may be necessary to repeat. Soft and anti-fouled paints may be removed, so check on small inconspicuous spot first.

1. Be environmentally responsible. Clean the boat on land, away from the water.
2. Test painted surfaces, especially anti fouling paints in a small inconspicuous spot, to make sure Algex does not remove it.
3. Cleaning the boat when the fouling is fresh is faster and easier than waiting for it to dry.
4. Wear eye protection, rubber gloves & protective clothing, just in case. Avoid skin contact.
5. Spray on liberally, brush it around to ensure complete penetration and give the chemical time (15 minutes) to work before rinsing.
6. Finish the job. When the fouling is removed, brighten the aluminum with Alumabrite. Apply 2 coats of Aurora HP Bottom Wax to improve performance and reduce future fouling.
