Product: AURORA HP BOTTOM WAX™

Product Description

Aurora High Performance HP Bottom Wax is a perfectly clear bottom wax that utilizes the super slippery characteristics of VS721 fouling release polymer for its prop-erties. It is easily applied with a dampsponge or cloth and buffed to a high shine.

The boat bottom must be clean and dry. For best results de-wax with Aurora Boat Clean and deep clean with Aurora Boat Scrub. Remove algae, barnacles and mussels with Aurora Algae Strip. Remove waterline stain with Aurora Waterline Stain Remover.

(NOTE: Aurora HP Bottom Wax can NOT be applied over existing antifouling paint.)

The finish is clear, shinny and very slippery. Your boat bottom will look like new. One bottle will protect a 25 foot boat with one coat.

Features & Benefits
  • Protects against algae, zebra mussels, barnacles.
  • Seals fiberglass bottoms to prevent osmosis blisters.
  • Reduces hull friction for higher speed and reduced fuel consumption.
  • Can be applied to power, sail and trailered boats as wellas PWC's, jet boats, fishing boats and pontoons.
  • Non conductive. Will not cause galvanic action.
  • Apply to fiberglass, aluminum and hard painted surfaces.
  • Apply to all under water surfaces (drives, struts, shafts, trim tabs, through hulls, etc.) except props. Aurora Top to Bottom Wax is so slippery, it will cause props to slip.
  • Ideal for trailered boats. Hard surface won't rub off on rollers or bunks.
  • Environment friendly, No biocides or copper. Won't poison fish or marine life.
  • Used by racers. Sailboats move in light airs, power boats gain top end speed and reduce kiting.
  • Dirt and salt are easily removed with a garden hose.
  • Normal running of the boat will keep hull clean of algae and slime.
Tips & Tricks - How the Pros Do It
  1. Apply with a large damp sponge. Application is faster and easier.
  2. Use pressure to force wax into microscopic pores and crevices. This seals the pores against osmosis blistering.
  3. For large surfaces, apply with a low speed orbital buffer so that more pressure can be applied.
  4. Apply 2 coats, minimum 24 hr. drying time between coats. Wait minimum 48 hrs. from last coat before launching.
  5. Buff residue off with old terry towel. A brilliant, better than new, shine will result.
  6. If slime or light algae appears (usually on the transom orwaterline) wipe off with sponge or deck brush as required.
